Answer 5: One to 45 days after you complete the ad offer. See "Days Until Payment" in the ad offer Details section. (Click on the  or  menu tab, then the  button.) Your PaymentKey Payment Status Report shows you how much money you have made. Clicking on the  My pending payments: $...! link at the top of all pages after login is another way to access it.
